- The Girona office is home to Group Functions including Procurement, Supply chain and logistics, Sustainability, Human Resources, IT and Finance.

**Proposito del puesto**
- The (Senior) Legal Counsel takes care of a variety of legal matters within the Gurit group, including drafting and negotiation of supply and purchasing contracts, Compliance, Company law matters and legal training of employees.

**Descripción**
- Main tasks will be:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of supply, including commercial agreement, vendor contracts and partnership agreements globally
- Providing day to day legal advice and support to all levels of staff within the Group
- Developing & revising Gurit’s compliance and regulatory policies and procedures
- Provide legal advice and guidance on company law matters
- General support to the General Counsel

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Contract drafting, negotiation and contract management: local and/or international sale, purchase or cooperation contract review, negotiations and management to protect Gurit’s interests while complying with the law.
- Compliance: provide legal guidance and support on compliance issues, anti-trust, anti-corruption, and other regulatory requirements, develop, and implement compliance programs, policies, and training initiatives.
- Company law matters: provide legal advice and guidance on company law matters, including corporate governance, compliance with company statutes, and board and shareholder meetings.

**Competencias y experiência**
- Skills:

- Excellent command of English
- Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to support the requirements of the role
- Global and intercultural awareness
- Any further language will be a benefit

**Experience**:

- Min. 7 years post qualification experience gained in an international law firm or in-house working environment
- Experience gained in an international environment such as an international group of companies, preferably in the manufacturing industry, or an international law firm
- Exposure to commercial, contract, corporate, international trade and competition laws.
- Legal degree, preferably with an LLM or similar education obtained abroad
