Brand Activation Manager

Become our new Brand Activation Manager Kellogg You will be responsible for developing the best plans and execute them with excellence in execution based on the priorities set for the business.
Looking for a profile experienced in marketing for the Iberia Cluster. Eager to work hard in a pleasant atmosphere, this person needs to have good organizational competencies, be collaborative, be multitasking with a high attention to details to reach excellence in execution.
**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Coordinate the implementation of our commercial initiatives for IBERIA & build up our local amplification plans, in the most impactful and effective way to maximize business impact
- Manage agencies, briefing and design processes with the aim to build the accurate Path to Purchase & select the relevant BTL touchpoints to answer our business & marketing goals
- Work closely with the Sales team & POSM manager to develop best in class trade marketing plans for our top main retailers.
- Identify and develop all the visibility tools adaptations in order to increase the awareness and the sales in the point of sale
- Measure and evaluated the specific activities, and visibility tools implemented
- follow-up & analyse our product monthly performances
- Manage the A&P budget & follow the invoicing process
- be a spoke with the brand Central teams on projects follow-ups & nourish local team with updates
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Previous experience in Shopper Marketing / Consumer Activation or Product Management of at least 3-4 working years, ideally with a previous experience in Iberia
- Previously developed & executed BTL plan for both, consumer & shopper angle
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and manage agencies & partners
- Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory. Other languages are a plus
- Demonstrating capacity in project management & prioritization
- Attention to details
- Analytical skills - use of Nielsen / IRI tools in previous experience
- Team-player - able to work with a distanced-team
