JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

**Responsibilities include**:
Undertaking valuations and strategic advisory assignments for single assets and portfolios in Spain and Portugal
Working both independently (albeit under supervision) and as part of a team depending on the project
Critical analysis of data and market research investigations
Undertaking site inspections
Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables
Organising and ensuring complete folder records, as well as contributing to central databases
Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities
Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects as required.
Opportunity to work with teams across the JLL EMEA Hotel Business and wider JLL commercial business

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of professional experience (may include internships)
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish, a third European language is appreciated
Exceptional financial modelling skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding problem solving, analytical and research skills
Strong skills to deal with clients and other advisers (can be enhanced and further developed on the job)
Collegial and team oriented
Calm and focused under pressure and tight timelines
Strong organisational skills
Hard work mentality with flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to manage competing priorities and projects
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in hotel real estate or in another trading related property sector
Expert in MS Office products (PowerPoint, excel)
Ability to travel throughout Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe

**Desirable**: European language skills.

**Desirable**: Experience in VBA or other coding skills, and data management.
