Supporting the Spain-based Advisory team and providing assistance in undertaking hotel single asset and portfolio instructions within Spain and Portugal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in the preparation of valuations and consultancy reports for both urban hotels and holiday resorts.
- Undertaking market research for all jobs.
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, architecture, finance & law or hotel administration.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills. Confirmed proficiency in use of spread sheets and financial modelling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
- Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market is preferable
- Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals;
- Accurate and exceptional attention to data and detail.
