Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Coordinator to join our Program Management team, mainly focused on online stackable corporate programs and virtual corporate academies.

The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for Student onboarding and ongoing course enrollments, the onboarding and coordination of pool of Learning Facilitators to aid in course delivery, and the overall logístical and administrative needs of the program.

This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with academic management systems, comfortable working in diverse and multi-cultural environments, and has a natural gift for customer service.

**Program Onboarding and Ongoing Course Progress**
- Organize and execute intake process for the Stackable Online Master’s Degree program, customizing process according to the needs of each corporate client
- Control of academic progress and student evolution throughout the program while enforcing the established academic standards, and ensuring students adhere to those standards and relevant policies
- Management of individual course enrollments and Student communications and support
- Monthly reporting on student progress in individual courses, and overall program status
- Coordination with head of Corporate Engagement to implement short and long-term initiatives
- Additional point of contact for the individual participants regarding expectations of program participation, how to prepare for study, etc.

**Learning Facilitators Management**
- Active onboarding of compatible profiles for Learning Facilitators
- Selection process end-to-end: recruitment, interview process, vetting and approvals, etc.
- Training and onboarding process for high quality teaching
- Coordination of contracts with Legal Department and processing of payment
- Performance tracking, follow up, and periodic performance reviews
- Community building and best-practice sharing within pool of Learning Facilitators

**Course Monitoring and Student Online Learning Experience**
- Quality control of Courses, creating and maintaining feedback loop to design team to ensure continual improvement
- Deep understanding of current Learning Management System (LMS) and constant investigation into how to best take advantage of functions, processes, and features
- Leading short
- and long-term innovation projects as it relates to use of LMS and overall program delivery processes

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in areas such as program management, academic support, customer service or other learning environments
- Customer orientation and service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and organized, methodical working style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- English language native level. Fluency in Spanish.
- This role will be working with clients in the Middle East and could have to work some Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client working schedules
