Desde Empatif Recruiting estamos seleccionando un/a Staffing Office Leader y/o Técnico/a RRHH senior 360º para ampliar nuestro equipo en la división de trabajo temporal.

La persona encargada liderará la nueva apertura de oficina en nuestro proceso de expansión en A coruña.

ITM Human Capital (Empatif Staffing) es nuestra empresa de trabajo temporal, gestión y asesoramiento en materia de Recursos Humanos, especializada en reclutamiento y selección de personal para puestos temporales.

La persona seleccionada desarrollará las siguientes funciones:

- Captación y mantenimiento de clientes.
- Elaboración de propuestas economicas y de servicio a posibles clientes y no clientes.
- Seguimiento de la acción comercial a través de nuestro CRM
- Definición de los objetivos comerciales trimestral.
- Definición del presupuesto anual de la oficina.
- Reportar semanal y mensualmente a dirección comercial de los resultados de la acción comercial.
- Responsable de la gestión administrativa laboral y del equipo de técnicos de selección.
- Supervisión del buen funcionamiento de la oficina.
- Gestión del equipo de la oficina.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado en RRLL, ADE, Psicología
- Experiência previa de 3 a 5 años en el sector detrabajo temporal (perfil 360º)
- Dotes comerciales i trabajo en equipo.
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio
- Valorable cartera de clientes
- Residencia en A coruña
