Part of our fast growing subsidiary, the intern will help the Marketing team provide support to the regional sales team by coordinating marketing material requests, distributor image requests as well as facilitating specific brand projects. Typical tasks include and are not limited to:
- SWAG and Marketing material development & management (coordination with design agency/printers)
- Gathering information from HQ (Spec sheet/pictures/ad/Catalog/ Social Media Content )
- Organize Teams + Showpad (update and upload new content)
- Answer request from the Sales team (product information, etc)
- Develop trainings presentation
- Help on market study
- Help on the brand trips to HQ
- Website content creation (Meet the chef series, update catalogs and material)
- New Cercle V members (welcome package)
- Distributor image requests
- Coordination between events and Brand Managers
- Misc. tasks
Valrhona Selection North America is looking for an independent, multitasking, and quick-learning intern. This intern will be involved with the day-to-day processes of project management. Attention to detail, strong organization & interpersonal skills are key to succeed in this position. Competencies required include:
- Organizational skills
- Professional skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Good energy
- Good at photoshop and with some website/digital knowledge is a plus

Compensation: $1800/month + Visa fees & airfare
