- Seleccionamos para empresa de Reus un/a Customer Service para empresa de artes gráficas y la realización de las siguientes funciones:

- Asesoramiento técnico de producto a clientes y potenciales - pasa por una formación técnica de las diferentes soluciones para poder realizar una atención personalizada.- Realización de proyectos y ofertas personalizadas para los proyectos de clientes.
- Realización de demo de producto en caso de ser necesario.
- Coordinación, de la mano de gerencia, con los diferentes proveedores de hardware y software de los objetivos de venta.
- Contacto directo con la dirección de la empresa, para marcar estrategia y hacer seguimiento de resultados.
- Soporte a marketing en acciones de comunicación, así como asistencia a eventos y ferias del sector.

Se ofrece:
- Contrato temporal con posterior incorporación a empresa
- Horario de 8.00 a 17.00 ( 1 para comer)
- Salario de 22.000 euros brutos al año
- Se valorará:

- Inglés, dominio de lengua inglesa a nível C1
- Valorable: experiência en el sector o en puesto similar
- Actitud organizada y aptitudes de liderazgo de equipos.
