**Misión**:
Asegura la rentabilidad del Área de alimentos y bebidas en el hotel, a través de la planificación y ejecución de las estrategias de producto, servicio y gestión de los equipos humanos en cocina y puntos de venta de alimentos y bebidas.
**Funciones**:
- Implantar la metodología de F&B de la compañía. (productos, pedidos, estándares de servicio, SOP's).
- Gestionar y controlar de la P&L y cumplimiento Ppto CO y KPIs.
- Implantar la estrategia F&B basado 4ª y 5ª gama.
- Implantar estándares.
- Implantar proyectos, programas, herramientas en base al nuevo escenario de F&B en la compañía.
- Participar, junto con el departamento comercial y la dirección de operaciones, en la estrategia de precios y oferta para eventos, reuniones y congresos.
- Gestionar y Controlar las plantillas en función de ocupación.
- PAI Operativo anual.
- Preparar el presupuesto anual del área de F&B, a nível costes de materia prima, pedidos y personal.
- Realizar un seguimiento diario de costes y de ingresos.
- Realizar los pedidos.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 1 año como Restaurant Manager o dirigiendo equipos
- Inglés Avanzado
- Conocimientos de REVO, y manejo de TPV.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, Calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica y comunicación e influencia como competencias clave.
- Creatividad e innovación.
