We are looking for an IS/IT Product Manager specialised in Internal and External Audit to be part of our IT Finance, Control and Legal Department.

**The role**

**What you’ll do**
- External Audit:

- Managing the set of audit tools/technology landscape that enable auditors to remotely access our Nestlé business systems and perform analytics to run “digital audits”.
- Manage Nestlé’s central audit system “Helix” running on Hana platform. Collaborate with IS/IT platform and Auditors to keep audit platform relevant, secure and compliant. Proactively build roadmap to deliver against Audit operational master plan.
- Provide Technical advisory and support to F&C function on managing external audit services effectively. Leverage tools / technology to meet emerging audit needs (Sustainability, CFIN, Process Mining...)
- Internal Audit:

- Manage the roadmap of tools / technology delivered towards Nestlé Internal Audit. “Teammate” allows internal audit operations management and “IDEA” delivers internal audit analytics.
- Prepare and present regular updates in the IT Finance SteerCoDesign and deliver the future of internal and external audit analytics on the Snowflake platform, i.e., Audit as a data product. E2E ownership to build the audit data product.
- Use the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment IS / IT customers and consumers based on their needs and profile. Provide an outside in based view of how to best target each segment
- Working with the business relationship manager (BRM) and enterprise architect, develop a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value in line with corporate and business strategy
- Define the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver
- Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
- Prepare the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market and sell it (for BRMs at the Centre and in the markets), to deliver and operate it (for product teams) and to measure its success (for performance manager and BRMs)
- Ensure product contribution to the business value (follow the guidelines of the CIO office for the business KPIs)
- Oversee the analysis of the reports provided by the Performance Manager for insights of product impact and adoption in market. Work with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs); define with team key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value for Nestlé; retire the product at end of life based on trend analysis on KVIs and KPIs
- Provide the performance manager with relevant data in an automated way in accordance to performance management requirements (real-time, etc.)
- Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
- Participate in the IS/IT governance processes that enables prioritization across multiple options and supports the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working)
- Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. (Sustain the change)
- Select talent: recruit and onboard people and plan capabilities for the future
- Develop people: coach, define effective (70-20-10) development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success
