Boutique Attendant

**La Residencia is looking for a Boutique attendant to join their team for 2024, part time contract (30hrs) starting in April.**

Our luxury Belmond hotel is set amongst the beautiful Tramuntana mountains in the small village of Deia, a 40 minute drive from Palma.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Welcoming the customer and supporting him during the purchasing decision-making process
- Interpreting and satisfying the customer's needs
- Promoting the sale of items in the store
- Taking care of the arrangement of the products in the store
- Keeping the store tidy
- Closing the cash desk and using the Silverware system
- Organize the Stokroom and take inventory control of the goods

- Communication skills: communicate clearly and appropriately (both verbally and in writing). Listens and interacts with others with empathy.
- Emotional intelligence: manages one's emotions in difficult situations.
- Collaboration: Is available and actively offers support to team members. Shares information and skills. Constant personal development.
- Flexibility: accept change and participate in new programs and processes.

We require:

- At least 1 year of experience in the required role or in customer care
- Excellent knowledge of English and possibly another foreign language.
- Applicants must hold an EU passport or Spanish work permit.
