From Marlex we are collaborating with an important company from the automotive industry, located in Santa Oliva, El Vendrell, and currently they need to incorporate in their team an **Developement Test Engineer.**

**What would be your mission within the company?**

Reporting to the Chief Developement Engineer of the company, the selected person will be:

- Responsible for the delivery of the test programs for vehicle lines under their responsibility.
- Liaise with UK Design personnel to organise and oversee the preparation of test vehicles, instrumentation, spares, and test components.
- Responsible for supply of test results and data required to complete DPTA matrices in line with the procedures and timing of the NMIP process.
- Preparation of test reports as required to support the generation of DPTA and DPTI documentation.
- The role is a key project delivery role and will require the use of a high level of technical judgement, in collaboration with the necessary Chief Engineers and Specialists, to give guidance and direction to achieve successful project delivery.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate the vehicle testing program in coordination with the Chief Development Engineer - Chassis.
- Maintain test fleet build status, usage condition and schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement of Design Test Procedures and methodology.
- Support design engineers in resolving development issues by facilitating and prioritising testing activities in line with NMIP requirements.
