Surface Transportation (ST) Demand Planning Team
are looking for a Senior Program Manager who can raise the bar of internal and external customer experience in Pan-EU and UK transportation network.
Key job responsibilities
- Own strategic development of ST Demand Planning existing and new initiatives ensuring that they can bring benefit across organizations, will be aligned within involved teams and receive all required approvals for implementation.
- Represent Team’s function and scope when being involved in external initiatives to assure transparency and timely alignment in various solutions implementation.
- Work closely with Tech teams, Applied and Research Science teams to develop tools & programs, representing the business side. Bringing clarity into prioritizing and planning resources for Projects development and timely completion.
- Develop reliable and trustful partnership with E2E Stakeholders, increasing awareness and sharing knowledge about Demand Planning. Ability to influence across senior leadership groups.
- Daily monitor of the network Forecast performance KPIs (using existing Reports and Dashboards, Excel, SQL). The objective is to identify the issues and track implemented improvements.

About the team
Surface Transportation (ST) Demand Planning Team stands in a focal part of the Middle Mile process guarding and constantly improving the Planning process focused on managing upstream inputs, generating most accurate plans.
The mechanisms we use are constantly evolving through innovation, simplification and automation with particular focus on scalable and aligned E2E solutions.
- Advanced or master's degree
- Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certification
- Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
- Experience in conceptualising and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements.
- Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical approach to deliver results.
