**¿Cuál será tu misión?**

Tu misión como Programme Manager será fundamental para impulsar el crecimiento, desarrollo y logro de objetivos estratégicos de nuestra empresa, liderando la definición, construcción y ejecución de Proyectos con equipos transversales para contribuir al éxito y crecimiento de nuestra organización, ayudándonos a alcanzar el siguiente nível.

**¿Cómo lo harás?**
- Definirás los servicios necesarios para nuestros clientes y los mayores hitos estratégicos para conseguirlos.
- Lideraras la implementación de acciones con un equipo interdepartamental y con el apoyo de la Dirección General.
- Serás responsable de cumplir los plazos y entregables acordados.
- Gestionarás la evaluación de riesgos y establecerás las mitigaciones pertinentes en cada uno de los servicios que queremos implementar.
- Comunicarás actualizaciones regularmente a todas las partes interesadas.
- Definirás y gestionaras los presupuestos y recursos establecidos eficientemente.
- Establecerás y animaras indicadores clave para garantizar la satisfacción cliente con cada uno de los servicios implantados.
- Fomentarás una cultura ágil y colaborativa ofreciendo el mayor apoyo posible al equipo.
- Trabajaras en mejorarás continúas documentando los procesos y asegurando que estos se aplican correctamente.

**¿Qué te hará triunfar en Brico Depôt?**
- Grado superior o título universitario relevante.
- Contar con al menos 3/5 años de experiência liderando proyectos de Retail.
- Demostrar habilidades de liderazgo y buen trato interpersonal.
- Poseer habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Ser capaz de resolver problemas de manera ágil y creativa.
- Estar familiarizado con herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Se valorará especialmente experiência implementando o liderando departamentos de servicios para clientes en empresas de Retail.
Hablar español e inglés con fluidez, valorable si además posee conocimientos de portugués.
