We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy individual to lead and drive operations for the Cisco Innovation Center. As the face of the innovation lab, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the lab. From planning and coordinating workshops and events, to setting up and maintaining demos, you will play a key role in showcasing Cisco's cutting-edge solutions to clients and partners.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the daily operations of the Barcelona Innovation Center, including workshops, programs, sales engagement, and customer meetings
- Establish and maintain demos related to Cisco's offerings
- Collaborate with Spain Sales teams to align on objectives and drive customer engagement
- Lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives
- Promote internal and external awareness of Cisco's innovation programs
- Ensure compliance with the latest Cisco and Spanish governance rules, procedures, and regulations

**What we need**
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in setting up and configuring demos
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and tailor communication to the intended audience
- Familiarity with internet working technologies and Cisco's portfolio (Cisco certifications a plus)
- Knowledge of the Spanish public and private sector innovation ecosystem
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a complex plan and multiple team members
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a bias for action
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with a high-energy, self-starter mentality
