Program Quality main roles and responsibilities are the following ones:
Management of customer quality complains and official non conformities.
Management of day-to-day quality issues with OS (Official Services)
Lead quality topics in Aircrafts belonging to Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.
Concession management, signature and follow-up
Lead Concession Board with customers and OS
Answer to OS questions (technical)
Minor Incident Management and follow-up
Identify risks, difficulties and non-quality issues and inform of them to the Program
Treatment of Quality remarks from OS acceptation process
Documentation revision (before official analysis)
CoC / Certificate of Conformity fulfilment and signature
Permit to Fly management with AESA
Support to Program’s Aircrafts deliveries in Quality topics
Prepare, harmonize and release the local QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans)
Monthly KPI´s
Act as official interface between AHE and NQAR
To support SpNQAR on GQAs (Governmental Quality Assurance) delegation proposals
To support Programs in quality topics
**Training / experience: **
Desirable: Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering Degree
Aeronautical experience: Minimum 3 years
Knowledge in EASA Regulation
Knowledge in Military Aeronautical Regulation
Knowledge in Civil and Military aeronautical standards
8D problem solving
KPIs definition, management and analysis

**IT Tools **
MS Office (knowledge in VBA would be a plus)
