**Job description and tasks**
- Management of spare parts for military and civil helicopters, which are in inspection/repair tasks at MRO AHE facilities. Coordination with the different departments: engineering, workshop, quality, purchases, customer, reception, spare parts in warehouse, purchase or customer supply requests.
- Control, monitoring and information of the status of spare parts to meet the deadlines established for each work by workshop, engineering and client.
- Monthly billing of spare parts, chemicals and consumables parts installed in helicopters and communication to customers for approval.
- Material management for retrofit tasks for different programs, as well as shipment to purchase of missing material, reservations and release of necessary material and shipment of it.
- Management of chemicals and consumables necessary in the workshop for the development of maintenance work, both those of purchase and delivery in the workshop that we have in the different warehouses in the requested time.
- Pay attention and solve warehouse incidents and reception of both: purchase material and the one supplied by the client.
- Assignment of stations for the helicopters that enter the plant for maintenance and make periodic reports to the different departments where they are located, as the work progresses.
- Support in compilation of missing documentation of the supplied materials.
- Reception, management, monitoring and control of orders following up the flow of the part supply until delivery.
