Operational Support

The role will manage and execute large scale projects in the Valls plant using the KSUM methodology. The role is responsible for delivering the project Vertical Start Up.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Deliver projects on time, on OTC budget and at target Quality and Rate
- Delivers Project Vertical Start Up
- Leads the KSUM Project Team
- Coordinate project activities with all functions of the plant as well as external partners to ensure successful Vertical Start Up
- Integrate new projects into KWS Plant systems, processes and procedures including manufacturing SOPs/SSOPS and AM/RM elements
- Adhere to the KWS KSUM Project Management methodology
- Prepare and Lead KSUM Project Team meetings and Steering Committee Reviews
- Responsible for and Leads completion of Project Current Operation Assessment & KSUM checklist
- Facilitate and participate in completion of Project Risk Assessments
- Build, execute and support project Detailed Start Up Plan, VSU Curve, FAT, IQ, OQ, PSI, CQV
- Ensure project One-time Costs (OTC) are tracked and managed with support of Finance
- Is the project SPOC for Engineering
- Deliver project technical training and transfer (TT&T)
- Elaborate plans to minimise capacity and cost impact of trials & start up.

- Plant Operations and Project Management experience is essential
- A clear and confident communicator can adapt communications to all levels of the organisation
- Action and goal oriented, able to work autonomously to required timelines is required
- Fluent Spoken and written English is required
- Decisive, creative thinking, someone who anticipates problems and opportunities is required
