WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Senior CSP Manager (Category Strategy & Planning) for Nutrition

You’ll be responsible for delivering the commercial plan through developing and executing Category growth strategies, from Business Unit to the market and thru the different channels & customers.

CSP is a Category & Commercial function combining Trade Marketing, Category Strategy & NRM under one role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Translate strategies into category growth plans
- Define, deploy and deliver the Commercial Plan across all customers and Channels.
- Responsible for key trade marketing levers: assortment, price, promotion, visibility and PoS activation.
- Develop and deploy world class capabilities across NRM, Cat Man, Shopper & Customer Marketing and Insights with the active support of Customer marketing role that’s in the team.
- Ensure excellence in execution.
- Partner with, Customer Marketing Manager, Account Managers & Customers to build Business Plans delivering Growth and hitting Annual Targets.
- Translate insights into business opportunities within specific customers/channels.
- Work closely with different category functions (marketing, planning, account managers, retail execution ) to ensure an integrated and aligned plan.
- Integration of trade & customer marketing insights with brands marketing plans.
- Continuous assessment of commercial plans performance and define correction plans if needed.
- Analyze jointly with Marketing team the performance of the Business Unit KPIs: Growth, Margin, market share & CGI (category Growth Index), penetration. At category level and by channels & customers.
- Sets targets and budgets for execution.
- Manage and optimize trade investments.
- Analyze the ROI of the PoS activities and investments.
- Define main field plans and objectives, working with Account managers and Retail Execution to ensure great in-store activation.
- Manage a team of 2 people

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Trade Marketing, Marketing and/or Account Management experience in the FMCG industry. Preferably with experience over at least 2 out of the 3 areas.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills, strong strategic & analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and with demonstrated ability to excel on execution.
- You are a passionate, energetic, both category & customer focused, and results driven, with proven leadership abilities and a win-win mindset when approaching customers.
- Strong English and Spanish skills are a must.
- High level of Excel is required.
