Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

The Brand Retail Area Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all assigned Stores, overseeing the day-to-day operational effectiveness & performance, always striving to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and coordination of all assigned Stores: Define and guarantee the deployment of all strategic plans including city or region calendar activities. Follow up of all Philip Morris Spain initiatives run in the stores including special offers, events and promotions.
- Revise targets with Stores. Keep track of KPIs performance in order to reach targets always striving to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Set up plans aligned with Store manager, for each Store in order to reach targets and improve performance to boost store results. Daily Analyze all the sales evolution in the stores & ensure the qualitative & quantity KPIs performance to drive growth as well as store-level and brand performance to ensure consistent excellence across the retail network.
- Supports Brand Retail Operations activities complying to all SOP guidelines. Responsible that all operations procedures at stores are executed in time and properly, including Stocks management, keeping the rights levels of stock anticipating high and lows demands and Cash management. Follow up of all infrastructure maintenance with the Ops Department.
- Supports Visual Merchandising initiatives and ensure that all stores are complying with guidelines. Proposes and identifies opportunities to upgrade customer experience and consumer journey at store. Ensure all key communications are cascaded to store teams in a timely manner.
- Responsible for recruiting and coaching all staff assigned to the located geographical area. Coach and Develop store teams in partnership with P&C and CCD departments. Ensuring the implementation of Onboardings to new staff, and regular training on new initiatives, products and other Operational policies to all store staff. Follow the proper year evaluation and follow up of each individual development plan. Foster a work environment based on respect, collaboration, and fairness that drives high engage teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT / IS / Supply / CCD/ P&C /MKTNG) to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls for operations and executions at store, being the bridge between back-office needs and the store execution and the feedbacks flows. Observe Store, customer, market & competitor behaviors, provide insights and highlight growth opportunities for discussion between front and back-office teams.

**Required Skills**:

- College/University degree.
- At least two years’ experience leading teams.
- At least three years working in retail environment.
- Fluent oral and written English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, ppt, teams)
