We are looking for a **Digital Account Manager, Client Services **to join our team As a Digital Brand/Performance Specialist, he/she will support one of our key clients, working closely with the rest of the Digital and client leadership team managing the account. This role is perfect for someone passionate about all things Digital, Brand and Performance and who is looking for the next step up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Services excellence and passion for communication
- Team management & leadership skills, superb Digital Performance & Brand knowledge, clear client business thinking and a strategic mindset.
- Coordination of Digital Media Plans (Strategy, analysis, assets, texts, etc...)
- Lead & delivery of Digital programs (strategy definition, quality control, measuring success).
- You are ultimately responsible for correct digital budget allocation, hitting annual client targets and the strategic vision of the account.
- You decide what the client needs to do next for the client´s business to keep growing.
- You are the key connector across all disciplines and maintain the global picture, always pushing to do better.
- As the number one go to person for client senior management you ensure that all client needs are met and/or resolved when issues occur.
- In addition, you are responsible for monitoring fees and cost against forecast.

**Requirements**:

- Great Client Management & People Management skills
- Strategic Knowledge of all digital channels and how they complement each other (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, VOD ).
- Organizational and task prioritization skills.
- Advanced English level for the international management of our clients.
- Clear and concise communicator, keeping the team updated through managing contact and status reports as well as client communications.
- Excellent MS Office skills.

**Profile**:

- 3+ years Digital experience
- Strong client presence, ability to form good client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communicator, ability to manage upwards and downwards.
- Results-driven and autonomous, able to find solutions, owning responsibility for achieving targets.
- Good balance between strategic/analytical skills and operational execution.
- Financial capability with budget management responsibilities.
