Driven Properties is excited to expand into Europe with our first office in Madrid We’re looking for dynamic, entrepreneurial Real Estate Agents to join our founding team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to shape Driven's presence in Madrid and be part of a pioneering journey to establish Driven Properties in the European market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads to build a strong client base.
- Guide clients through property buying, selling, and rental processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of local real estate markets and property offerings.
- Negotiate deals and provide a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.
- Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Buscar activamente y generar oportunidades para construir una sólida base de clientes.
- Guiar a los clientes en los procesos de compra, venta y alquiler de propiedades.
- Mantenerse informado sobre el mercado inmobiliario local y las ofertas de propiedades.
- Negociar acuerdos y proporcionar una experiência fluida para los clientes de principio a fin.
- Crear relaciones sólidas con los clientes para generar negocio recurrente y referencias.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish; English is a plus.
- Experiência previa en bienes raíces, ventas o atención al cliente es preferible.
- Éxito comprobado en el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas.
- Alta motivación con espíritu emprendedor y pasión por el sector inmobiliario.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Dominio del español; el inglés es una ventaja.
