**Title**: Technical Product Owner

**Department**: Marketplace Team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acts as a bridge between local and U.S. teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment on project objectives.
- Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog, ensuring team objectives are met with high-quality standards and business value is delivered continuously.
- Writes and refines user stories, transforming requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Leads sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews, ensuring clear prioritization and efficient workflow.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide regular updates on progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Uses JIRA software for tracking tasks, managing sprints, and reporting on project progress and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong experience in writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Proficient in JIRA software for task management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment, working across multiple time zones.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with strong decision-making capabilities and a focus on driving business value.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. Experience in system within a marketplace environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
