We are FCM Lab. Part of FCM Travel, the 4th largest business travel agency in the world, present in over 100 countries, we are the FCM Tech Unit, where we place technology to serve the human needs.

FCM Travel manages the travel of company employees around the world (transportation and accommodation). FCM Travel's competitive advantage lies in the quality human service provided by our Reservation Agents, from booking to the end of the trip.

FCM Lab's products are products E2E (Employee to Employee). We develop products for our people, (ex. the Customer Service Team) to help them deliver the best service to our client It is a real opportunity to be in contact with our users to listen to their needs and directly measure the added value we create

**Your missions**

As a Technical Product Owner, you will be part of our dynamic and ambitious tech team, composed of product owners, project managers, QA testers, Product Operations and developers in Barcelona.

**Reporting to the Lead Product Owner,** you are responsible for a new core product of FCM Travel, mainly dealing with APIs, Webservices & Microservices. You are responsible for your squad made up of developers and QA testers
- **
Roadmap & Priorisation** : you translate, prioritize and deploy the product vision depending on the user & business needs
- **Discovery**: you identify and analyze the needs of our users
- **Specification**: you define and write the complete specifications for the solutions
- **Delivery** : you follow and ensure the delivery of developments, with the QA tester support
- **Scrum** : in duo with the best Scrum Master you lead the agile methodologies & ceremonies
- **Documentation** : you will ensure the documentation of your product, particularly in the service of the Product Operations team

What **isn’t in** your scope:

- Bug Management - level 1
- Product Deployment
- Product Communication
- Product Marketing

Those missions are in the scope of the Product Operations team. Nevertheless, you will work closely with this team to help them to achieve those missions.
- You have a developer / technical background
- You have already an experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- You are comfortable in Scrum methodology
- You are comfortable working in English
- You like and know how to motivate your teammates
- You are not afraid to tackle challenging & complexed topics
- You have good communication skills : able to adapt to the person you are talking to
