**Research technician
**Medical Genetics group**

VHIR offers a vacant position for a Research Technician within the Medical Genetics Group. The technician will work on Cystic

Fibrosis research projects. We are looking for a person committed and collaborative with the group. Also someone who

presents the capacity to work as a team, proactive and very organized.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Minimum required: Technician FPII
- English is highly valuable

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Previous experience in a laboratory is necessary
- Cell culture techniques are highly valuable

**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Sample collection and organization
- Establish and maintenance of cell cultures
- Support in live-cell imaging studies in confocal microscopy
- To take part in the maintenance, inventory, cleaning and organization tasks

**Labour conditions**:
- Part position
- Start: Immediately January
- Length of the contract: 6 months renewable
- Gross annual salary: 9.294,52 euros.
