**Region South Europe is one of the 9 regions within the H&M Group and will have its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. The Region runs across 5 markets: France, Belgium / Luxembourg, Spain / Portugal, Italy, Turkey**

**Job Description**:
On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an E-commerce Category Lead you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the E-Commerce Commercial team within Omni Sales Team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

Key responsibilities include:

- You contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and maximized omni profitable selling by ensuring customer experience and day-to-day operations for your concept and relevant customer group - short and long term
- You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
- Know your customers - give the customers what they want and sell your products and total assortment in best possible way
- You drive execution of commercial agenda and merchandising strategy to meet targets
- Assortment, product lifecycle and stock management from an operational and executional sales perspective.
- You collaborate and provide input to regional team of your concept about e-com, customer needs and shopping behavior and locally adapt commercial plan to customer need

Besides your personality we see that:

- You have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
- You have 2+ years of E-commerce experience and knowledge within Omni retail and Assortment
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have strong interest in data
- It´s meriting with previous experience within web analytics as well as Google Analytics
- You have good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and analytical tools e.g., Power BI and Google Analytics
