Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar a un/a Financer Process Improvement Manager en nuestros Headquarters de Barcelona - Torre Auditori.

**Principales funciones**:

- Definición de las best practices en los procesos financieros globales, junto con los departamentos relevantes en cada caso
- Apoyo en la implementación de CargoWise en las diferentes regiones
- Key user de Controlling en todo lo relacionado con Business Intelligence
- Estabilización de la implementación de CargoWise (soporte continuo)
- Identificación de puntos de mejora a nível global de la función financiera
- Evaluación, coordinación y soporte en la ejecución de iniciativas de transformación locales, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia global
- Apoyar en la integración de M&A en todo aquello relacionado con sistemas financieros y de información
- Apoyo al equipo de Controlling Global en la optimización de la utilización de la información
- Análisis ad-hoc de temas diversos

Minimum requirements

**Requisitos Mínimos**:

- Licenciatura o Grado en: Economía, ADE, Matemáticas o estudios afines
- Idealmente máster en Auditoría o Dirección financiera (o análogo).
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel (se hará prueba)
- Conocimientos avanzados de ERP a nível Key User: SAP, Navision, etc. (conocimiento de CargoWise será altamente valorado)
- Imprescindible haber tenido un papel relevante en la implementación de sistemas ERP.
- Nível de inglés muy fluido (se hará prueba)

**Skills**:

- Imprescindible perfil analítico, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y clara orientación a objetivos.
- Persona habituada a trabajar con exigentes plazos de entrega y calidad de ejecución de trabajo
- Persona con flexibilidad horaria para poder atender los diferentes requerimientos horarios de las regiones (en determinados momentos)
