En **HIRING Executive Search **buscamos a un **Responsable de mostrador para el canal particulares** para una **OCOA Travel**, una exclusiva agencia de viajes con sede en **Sant Cugat del Vallés.**

Sus funciones principales serán:

- Diseño de viajes vacacionales para particulares hechos a medida de las necesidades del cliente (tailor made).
- Elaboración de presupuestos/propuestas a medida.
- Elaboración documentación de viaje.

**Requisitos**:

- Diplomado Turismo y/o experiência demostrable en el sector como responsable de agencia o mando superior en la dirección del canal particulares-mostrador.
- Experiência mínima de al menos 8 años. Se solicitarán referencias.
- Dominio de Amadeus.
- Informática Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word y Excel).
- Imprescindible alto nível de inglés (se valorarán también conocimiento de otros idiomas).
- Persona ordenada, metódica y autónoma.
- Persona acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo

**Tus responsabilidades serán**:

- Gestión y asesoramiento a clientes.Seguimiento de solicitudes de presupuesto, venta de billetes, gestión de reservas, creación de ofertas y atención al cliente.
- Garantizar la gestión operativa y personalizada de las solicitudes (aéreas, ferroviarias, automóviles, hoteles, etc.)
- Anticipar o resolver los problemas con nuestros proveedores y otros partners, así como manejar reclamaciones.
- Gestionar la interfaz con los proveedores
- Identificar y proponer la optimización de tarifas
- Mantener la rapidez de respuesta y el nível alto de satisfacción de los viajeros

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en Turismo, Ventas, Marketing o relacionada.
- Experiência de al menos 4 años en un rol similar.
- Català
- Amadeus
- Se valorará muy positivamente los idiomas de inglés, francés o cualquier otro internacional.
- Persona dinámica y trabajadora.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa

Salario: 25.000,00€-35.000,00€ al año
