What you’ll do & Who you are
Estamos buscando a un/a Solutions & Consulting Specialist para nuestro equipo de Fotocasa Pro Academy, formando parte del equipo de Marketing B2B y reportando al responsable del equipo de contenido y formación, sus funciones principales serán:
Montaje e impartición de cursos presenciales. Una de sus principales labores será la organización e impartición de cursos presenciales de Real Estate dentro del proyecto Fotocasa Academy por toda España, coordinándose con los Sales Managers de las diferentes zonas, implicándose activamente en los procesos de montaje, impartición y medición de resultados de los cursos.
Webinars / Videos. Creación e impartición de seminarios web o en video a clientes del proyecto Fotocasa Academy con una recurrencia alta.
Documentación y formación: creación y actualización de la documentación de los cursos (manuales, presentaciones, documento de novedades, videos etc.), cambios y mejoras de los módulos de formación, tendencias del sector y creación de píldoras formativas. Deberá destinar parte de su tiempo a documentar contenidos.
Realización de presentaciones en eventos de clientes (diferentes temáticas) puntualmente trabajará en contacto directo con el área de ventas (KAM ) por lo que deberá tener un alto conocimiento de los productos de Real Estate, así como del funcionamiento del mercado inmobiliario español, tendencias de Marketing etc.
Gestión de encuestas y medición de resultados de los cursos.
Montaje e impartición de cursos/Workshops presenciales personalizados (KAM). Una de sus labores puntuales será el montaje e impartición de cursos y Workshops personalizados de Real Estate con clientes estratégicos por toda España, coordinándose con los responsables de las cuentas, implicándose activamente en el conocimiento de la gestión del cliente y los objetivos de dicha formación o workshop.
Creación y Gestión de contenidos para el sector inmobiliario : Deberá encargarse de junto con el resto del equipo de crear y gestionar los contenidos profesionales para clientes que lanzamos desde el área B2B, (artículos, videos, directos, ebooks, doc de apoyo, entrevistas, etc).
Ponencias / Speaker/ Eventos, dentro de sus responsabilidades deberá ejercer como ponente en diferentes eventos, asistir a eventos y ser muy activo haciendo Networking, generar opinión en los clientes y convertirse en un referente del sector desde el punto de vista formativo (por lo que será importante trabajar el desarrollo de su Marca Personal).Requisitos

Y además tienes:
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en formación y consultoría, ( 2 años en el mercado online).
- Excepcional capacidad de comunicación con clientes internos y externos; establecer buena sintonía, ser capaz de transmitir de forma clara y estructurada diferentes contenidos en exposiciones en público (cursos, ponencias, webinars, videos ).
- Capacidad para realizar presentaciones y cursos de formación efectivos tanto personalizados como a colectivos.
- Capacidad de generar contenidos tanto escritos como en formato audiovisual que ayuden al desarrollo de los cursos.
- Nível alto de comprensión de los negocios de los clientes para explicar nuestros productos de forma efectiva consiguiendo que resulten muy atractivos para la experiência del usuario.
- Tener capacidad de aprendizaje para poder asumir nuevos proyectos y responsabilidades en los procesos formativos / consultoría con nuestros clientes.
- Conocimientos en Marketing online y Social Media.
- Mente analítica, con una gran habilidad para entender y mejorar procesos.
- Trabajar muy bien en equipo. Conseguir los mejores resultados mediante el trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad total para viajar (imprescindible).
