**What you'll do**
- Prepare various written communication including contracts and offer letters, employment verification letters and other HR-related confidential documentation.
- Coordinate and Implement employee lifecycle processes, examples include onboarding and offboarding.
- Actively look for opportunities to improve process, systems and proactively suggest new ideas.
- Support the employee experience through all employee lifecycle touch points. Also provide suggestions and initiatives to support the experience further.
- Attendance processing and reviewing (employee queries)
- Update, verify and maintain employee information in HRIS.
- Assist the People Services team on tasks, projects and deliverables.
- Manage and triage all queries in the People Services mailbox including the processing of JIRA tickets within the current SLA time frame.
- Provide support to the Payroll & Benefits Specialist with final payroll checks and approval for Spain.
- Provide support to the Payroll & Benefits Specialist with Spain benefit enrolment and provide support to employees through all touch points.

- Strong people services experience in a high intensity work environment.
- we are looking for someone who is an independent self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Great organisational skills; the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Methodical, rational, and logical approach to problem solving.
- Managing confidential tasks with a professional approach.
- Experience in supporting the review of payroll.
