As** Market Development Engineer **specializing in **IP&E **technologies,you will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful, comprehensive solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated markets or business segments.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated Vertical
- You will own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment
- Conduct business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning
- Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market
- Work with supplier, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities
- Create, gain approvals for, and execute (upon approval) comprehensive products and service offers
- Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within the assigned market
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal, and external stakeholders
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
- Make "joint" calls with ARROW and supplier's Sales personnel where it is strategically and tactically appropriate on a regular basis
- Be involved with supplier web training for new products, new product releases, and supplier promotions, and identify market/customer penetration strategies with the appropriate products

**What are we looking for?**
- ** Experience in electronics industry or **manufacturing** **in similar positions** in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or Product management - **must have**:

- ** Experience in IP&E**:

- Experience in **engineering** and **business strategy** -market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis) - **must have**:

- Strong** sales skills**:

- ** Full driving license and readiness for business travel**:

- **must have**:

- ** English** language skills - fluently in writing and spoken
- ** Spanish **language skills (native or C1)
- Expertise in engaging to executive-level stakeholders
- Track record in delivering results in market / segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in business-to-business industry
- Understanding of performance measurement tools and technology
- Demonstration of project / team leadership, and collaboration skills
