Busquem un HR Manager que reportarà al General Manager i a la Directora Corporativa de RRHH del Grup. Aquesta persona serà responsable de la gestió integral de les polítiques de recursos humans amb un enfocament en selecció, desenvolupament de personal, gestió del canvi i cultura, (i coordinació no operativa de RRLL, PRL i expatriats)
- Liderar la selecció nacional i internacional de perfils tècnics (enginyers) i gestionar els processos d'onboarding.
- Implementar i supervisar plans de carrera, desenvolupament professional i avaluacions de rendiment, alineats amb els objectius del Grup.
- Suport en la integració cultural, unificació de valors i contribució a la digitalització.
- Coordinació en RRLL, PRL i expatriats, assegurant el compliment normatiu i la gestió de processos de nòmina i contractació.
Información adicional
Grau en Psicologia, ADE, Dret, RRLL, Ciències del Treball, Enginyeria o similar. Màster en RRHH valorat.
Mínim 5 anys en RRHH (selecció, desenvolupament, rendiment). Experiència en canvi cultural i Employer Branding valorada.
Català bilingüe i anglès C1.
Experiència en ATS, LMS, automatització de rendiment i Office 365 (Excel avançat).
Avaluació per competències, gestió de KPI’s, desenvolupament organitzacional, millora de processos i marca empleadora.
Autonomia, proactivitat, orientació a resultats, bona comunicació i capacitat per gestionar el canvi.
