Development of materials and thermal storage systems for sensible, latent and/or thermochemical heat.
Synthesis and characterisation of new materials with high thermal conductivity.
Evaluation and screening of materials under development: heat capacity, cyclability.
Optimisation for long-term storage.
Scale-up for further testing in heating/cooling storage systems.
Development of highly flexible and efficient heat transfer devices.
Drafting of scientific publications and presentation of results obtained at international conferences.

To be assessed:
Laboratory experience.
Experience in: DSC, TGA.
Experience in materials synthesis.
Active participation in the publication of articles in indexed journals, as well as participation in research congresses will be positively valued.

**Requisitos**
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences or similar.
Be in a position to access a doctoral programme.
Completion or completion of a Master's degree in the following fields is an advantage:
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials science
- Materials for energy storage and conversion
- Environmental chemistry
Professional experience not required.
Knowledge of specific techniques:
- Office tolls
- Good oral and written skills in English
Transversal skills:
- Ability to work in a team
- Skill communication
The position offered requires occasional participation in events outside Extremadura.
