Develop new stable and tunable thermochemical materials in close collaboration with other members of the group.

Understanding the phase transition and the effect of doping on thermochemical transformations

Develop stabilisation techniques, such as the use of porous matrices and encapsulation
- Integrate thermochemical materials into pilot devices

Write scientific publications

Experience in experimental thermal analysis techniques (DSC, TGA, TPD and similar).

Experience in structure and morphology characterisation (porosimetry, adsorption, microscopy).

Publication in indexed journals and/or participation in scientific conferences.

Grants and/or awards

Motivation letter detailing your research experience and relevant qualifications.

Academic qualifications of the degree and/or master's degree

**Requisitos**
Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar.

Be able to access a doctoral programme.

Master's degree preferred:

- Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion
- Materials Science
- Chemical Engineering
- Energy and Environmental Sciences
- Professional experience not required.

Knowledge of specific techniques:

- Microsoft Office or LaTeX
- Experience in programming (Python, R, etc.) is an asset.
- Good oral and written skills in English

Transversal skills:

- Ability to work in a team
- Skill communication

The position offered requires occasional participation in events outside Extremadura.
