**Role Purpose**

As a strategic project manager, you will be developing, manging and improving business units that are considered critical for the company. The purpose of the role is to analyse and foster innovation of the business units and to work in future developments. The position requires constant communication and coordinationspecially with the operations, marketing, and technology department, reporting directly to the CEO and the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop new products.
- Manage new projects and set up the teams required to manage the new product.
- Maintain and enhance relations with the existing and new costumers.
- Working closely with the management team to present new ideas.
- Analyse the existing products.
- Coordinate all teams required in the development of the projects.

**Skills And Attributes For Success**
- Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of agile project management advantageous.
- Agile product management in data products, writing and gathering product requirements, gap analysis, and business case development.
- Strong relationship & stakeholder development skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills - ability to present and communicate to senior level and other audiences.
- Self-starter; ability to work independently taking initiative and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management required, advanced degree a plus, especially in data analysis.
- Knowledge of computer languages are highly valued (SQL, R, C++, Python).
- Open minded with out of the box thinking and can-do attitude.
