**About The Role**

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, International who would focus on driving awareness and interest in our products and services for our regional marketplaces and brands in Europe; and driving the long-term success of our products and services through creating sales and marketing support materials. You will be joining a high performing Marketing team working along with experts in their respective marketing disciplines such as Paid Media, Content & PR, SEO, Product & Trade Marketing, and more.

**What You’ll Do**
- Have a strong understanding of our products and services and their value propositions.
- Help develop and implement plans to increase awareness and penetration of existing products and services as well as launching new ones to the market.
- Partner with Product & Technology, Account Management and Sales teams, to understand clients and users’ needs, and translate product features into compelling value-based messages and benefits to our clients.
- Create and maintain a Communications Calendar for the products and services in the portfolio, and an updated library of assets that our different go-to-market teams could use (Sales, Account Management and Marketing).
- Understand our company’ and our competitors' products and services, provide actionable insights regarding market trends and dynamics that would help differentiate our offering.
- Educate, train and help advocate for Marketing best practices and adoption by other teams, including Product & Technology, Sales, Account Management, and other colleagues in the business.
- Own the creation and delivery of how customers are engaged throughout their journey and lifecycle, including educational / instructional content, how-to’s and best practice guides, 1:1 and remote training, leveraging different online and offline channels.

**What you should bring to the team**:

- Experience in digital environments - preferably in marketplaces, automotive, nautical / boating, ecommerce, travel or digital media.
- 5+ years of relevant / similar Marketing experience (including exposure to several markets / languages at scale).
- Experience in a scale-up environment with multiple priorities, high ambition and fast pace.
- Experience in marketing for an international audience with intense internationalization / localisation needs.
- Ability to work cross-organisationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams, especially within Marketing, Account Management, Sales and Product & Tech.
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player, proactive, motivated, determined, can-do attitude.
- Multi-lingual sensibility: ability to coordinate and review translations in foreign languages
- A hands-on mindset and proven experience of delivering marketing assets through different channels and formats.
- Languages: English proficient. Nice-to-have: Dutch / German / French / Italian / Spanish.
