- Collaborate with the sales manager to draft documents and presentations based on provided briefings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend client meetings alongside the sales team, providing support and contributing insights as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system, updating client information, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Review pending replies on proposals and specific customer requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide direct client support with the help of the Sales Manager, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist in coordinating sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.
- Identify qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Communicate the benefits of Symanto’s products and services to potential clients.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office package (esp. PowerPoint).
- Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.
- Self-motivated, independent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and capable of delivering value in a start-up like environment.
- Skilled in data analytics (i.e. data visualization tools).
- Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology.
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts.
- Remmuneration for werkstudent: minimum wage in Germany.
- Remmuneration for Intern in Spain: 800 euros for 32 hours/week.
