- Join Us as a Customer Service Technician in Alzira- Passionate about customer satisfaction? We're hiring a temporary (6 months) Customer Service Representative to be the link between our customers and Amcor Flexibles EMEA. If you have a customer-centric mindset and can work independently or with a team, we invite you to apply- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer demand from order to delivery.
- Enhance customer relations with prompt, efficient service.
- Proactively seek ways to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Coordinate rush shipments and monitor progress.
- Share customer forecasts for demand planning.
- Manage finished goods levels and address customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with OHSE and hygiene standards.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP and good Excel skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
