**About the Role**:
Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for a Industrial Supply Chain and Private Label Customer Service Manager to support an ambitious change management program aimed at integrating ICFC into the Ferrero organization and ways of working.
She/he will lead and effective manage the Supply Chain Industrial Network Operation (Logistic, warehousing, import and export, efficiency project) focusing on delivering best in the industry safety Standards, Service Levels, Stock freshness, quality standard at competitive cost. Ensure and accelerate process integration with Ferrero Standard and drive the change.

The position is based in Alzira (Valencia), Spain.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- WAREHOUSE/ TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT- Overall coordination of 3 party company doing handling and copacking activities in RM & Packaging WH
- Manages stock level for packaging, raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products maturation and backstocks for markets
- Establish storage stock allocation strategy (internal and external) and define sizing of the sites
- Define and monitor costs and capex in line with budget & PS
- Guarantees the emission and management of transport service orders, in accordance with Local laws and regulations, guaranteeing costs, quality and liability defined by Group guidelines
- CUSTOM MANAGEMENT- Collects all documentation needed to carry out import process from suppliers or services suppliers
- Collects all documentation needed to carry out export process and import process at destination from internal Departments such as Quality and Export Department, potentially issuing part of such documents (e.g. sanitary documents)

FLOWS MANAGEMENT- Manages and coordinates inbounds and storage activities in order to maximize efficiency and service level to UGP
- Ensures fluid transportation connection between Plant and commercial operating flows
- BUDGETING ACTIVITIES- Defines Industrial SC budget. Interfaces with Region SC to align on priorities
- CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PRIVATE LABEL- Optimize replenishment process versus customer granting agreed service levels and optimizing order quantities
- Manage sales orders, solve violation rules, optimize order fulfillment and delivery creation
- Provide information regarding sales order and shipment status
- Monitor and optimize order to delivery process

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- At least 12 years of professional experience in Industrial supply chain lead, Project Management
- Strategical and analytical mindset with result orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
