**Analysis and Process Expert**:

**To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain up-to-date process documentation for the department
- Facilitate meetings to identify and implement process improvements
- Support the analysis team by providing data and insights
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in business analysis and process improvement
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Optimization of internal systems and processes:
- Digitization of information collection and reporting systems
- Management of procedures and work processes
- Task tracking, work management, and resource management
- Data analysis:
- Technical Analysis of our Wind, Solar and BESS plants
- Act as a single point of contact with our main stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and process improvement in Renewables.
- Proven track record of success in implementing new ways of working
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digitalization and its impact on business processes
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- **Good level of English **and native spanish mandatory.
