Our client is a busy individual who splits his time between London and Dubai and is now on the looking for London based support to provide assistance with personal and business-related tasks.
This will be a part time position working 20 hours per week. Most of the work can be done remotely, however ideally the principal would like to meet on average once per week for a catch up at which point he will arrange your transport to and from the meeting.
**Duties**
- Serve as the gatekeeper for the principal, carefully controlling and deciding who gets access to them and ensuring their privacy and security.
- Attend to corporate-related matters by speaking to other executives on behalf of the principal.
- Maintain a strong network of connections in both corporate and personal spheres, including senior-level directors, diplomats, and ambassadors, either direct or through their personal managers.
- Manage calendars, prioritizing and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and manage personal events and engagements.
- Liaise with the principal’s family, household staff, and other personal contacts as needed.
- Anticipate the principal’s needs, proactively solving problems and optimizing efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required, sometimes on short notice
- Utilize strong concierge skills to secure reservations, tickets, and other exclusive personal requests.
- Plan and coordinate events, including travel, appearances, and personal and business events.
- Liaise with the employer’s spouse and children, addressing their needs and coordinating personal tasks related to school, appointments, and domestic requests.
- Maintain open lines of communication with family members to ensure their requirements are met and facilitate a harmonious relationship between professional and personal life.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the principal in a professional manner.
- Highly resourceful and well-connected within relevant industries, including access to senior-level directors, diplomats, and ambassadors.
- Familiarity with handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong research skills, with the ability to track down hard-to-find information.
- Experience in high-end concierge services, event planning, and coordinating gatherings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
