TaxScouts was founded in 2018 by early alumni of Europe’s leading startups (TransferWise, Skype, MarketInvoice), and is backed by world-class investors (Octopus Ventures, Seedcamp and Speedinvest amongst others). We have built an excellent service that our customers genuinely love (our Trustpilot rating is 4.9) - and we've grown massively since we launched, now operating in two markets (Spain and UK) and offering multiple products and services to help people in Europe manage their with ease.
We're on the lookout for like-minded people to join us as we continue this period of rapid growth.
**Who we're looking for**
We’re looking for a copywriting intern to work in our Brand, Content & Creative team for a 6 month internship contract. You think of yourself as a creative, and you’re keen to get involved with the wider team and share your ideas. Strong writing skills are a must. We’re really proud of our TaxScouts tone of voice - keeping things simple, light-hearted, and a little tongue-in-cheek - so if you’re someone who’s into this, and you think you could help us develop it further, we’d love to hear from you. We're a startup so there's loads to do, lots to learn and we're fast-moving. You’re not afraid to take on the confusion of tax to find clever ways to make it digestible.
You may be studying Marketing, PR, Spanish, Journalism, Economics or something else related. Excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills are a must.
You need to be **able to sign an internship contract with your University**.
- A student or a fresh grad and you’ve studied Comms, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or any related degrees. Alternatively, you have studied Law or Finance but are creative and can write compelling content.
- Not afraid of learning, talking and writing about taxes every day.
- A good writer whose eyes bleed when seeing somebody interchange _hay_ and _ahí_.
- Somewhat knowledgeable in SEO principles or willing to learn about it.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and native in Spanish.
- A nice, approachable, friendly person overall.
**What you get**
- 700 € net per month.
- Part time contract (25h per week)
