**Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son**:
**Soporte al área de Marketing**:

- Gestión de eventos y reuniones (Reserva de hoteles, catering, restaurantes, preparación de salas, control de asistentes, etc.)
- Elaboración del catálogo de productos, concretar especificaciones técnicas.
- Gestión de cursos de formación para médicos y comerciales.
- Actualización de bibliografía sobre los productos.
- Realización de procesos administrativos internos.
- Preparación de presentación y traducciones.
- Manejo Sistemas de gestión internos (Ariba, Ecats ).
- Organización y control del almacén y de equipos
- Gestión con proveedores
- Manejo y liderazgo de Proyectos de marketing mediante Redes Sociales

**Soporte a comerciales / ventas**:

- Realización de pedidos de merchandising para los diferentes hospitales.
- Análisis y Gestión de stock y control de inventario.
- Elaboración de presupuestos para comerciales.
- **Elaboración de informes para ventas y para marketing.**

**Requisitos**:

- Paquete Office Nível Medio.
- Conocimiento en RRSS.

**Experiência Laboral**:Sólo prácticas

**Estudios Mínimos**:Licenciado/Graduado

**Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado**:
1. Doble Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas e Ingeniería en Tecnologías Industriales
2. Grado en Dirección Comercial y Marketing
3. Grado en Economía
4. Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Proactividad.
- Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
- Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos.

**Idiomas**:
Inglés (Lectura: Nível C1) / Escritura: Nível C1/ Conversación: Nível C1)

Segundo idioma a valorar. Experiência en el extranjero a valorar.

**Contrato**:
