Emporium Concierge is expanding, and we're looking for dedicated, energetic Emergency Attendance Agents to join our team permanently in Barcelona.
Our mission is to provide assistance to distressed individuals at social events and champion their rights through legal channels. This role requires swift reaction times, excellent communication skills, especially during high-pressure situations, and a commitment to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to messages and phone calls regarding event complications.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while approaching individuals.
- Coordinate alternative arrangements when necessary.
- Facilitate quick access to our company's compensation claims resources.
