As a Pool Manager at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel you are part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, you will master the art of delivering exceptional service and gastronomic and beverage experience. **Primary Responsibilities Include**:
- Direct and supervise your operational human team and environment, control and maximize sales while minimizing costs, monitor and maximize the products that make up your offer, materials, and operational areas, billing and cost control of the department, as well as staying up-to-date with new trends in food restoration in a changing market.
- Foster, comply with, and enforce service standards, brand “manifestos”, company policies, hygiene regulations, service system, and goals set by the company or its superior in the assigned department.
- Responsibility over a team of 5-6 people.

- Experience providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working a fast-paced environment.
- Provide the best experience and full satisfaction to our customers in general, anticipating their needs and responding effectively and appropriately to their concerns or requests, guaranteeing professional quality service.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately and communication with the kitchen and other staff members.
- Maximize the resources provided by the company to achieve maximum performance and product lifespan.
