Descripción

**Como parte de las actividades de Mantenimiento en centrales nucleares**:

- Planificación de técnicos de mantenimiento, jefes de proyecto e ingenieros a través de nuestro ERP, en estrecha colaboración con los jefes operativos y los jefes de proyecto, para el año N+1 y en caso de emergencia operativa diaria.
- Gestión y seguimiento de los accesos de los empleados del grupo Westinghouse a las centrales nucleares españolas.
- Seguimiento de proveedores en colaboración con los Directores Operativos, los Directores de Proyecto y el Departamento de Compras.
- Actualización y gestión de bases de datos.
- Edición y distribución de informes semanales y mensuales.
- Colaboración multifuncional con homólogos en Europa y EE. UU., y con otros servicios (formación, compras, recursos humanos)

**Deberes y responsabilidades**
- Planificación de Recursos de Proyectos (SAP/EXCEL)
- Gestión y seguimiento de accesos
- Órdenes de misión
- Solicitudes de compra (SAP)
- Actualización y gestión de bases de datos.
- Propuesta de recursos operativos en función de sus autorizaciones/calificación y disponibilidad.

Requisitos mínimos
- Fluidez en inglés (escrito y hablado)
- Formación Profesional en áreas de Administración y Finanzas, Comercio internacional, o relacionados con las tareas descritas.
- Organizado/Trabajo en equipo/Resiliencia/Curioso/Atento/Flexibilidad

- Excel/MS365
