**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The EMESA Practice Area (PA) HR Business Partner, Senior Manager is part of the EMESA PA HR BP Team. Each of the team members acts as PA HR Business Partner for a different PA, all on EMESA level, and thus each works closely with different Regional Practice Area Leads (R-PAL;s) and PA Leadership Teams. Together as a team they collaborate by defining common approaches to the responsibilities described below, by establishing relationships with the central functions (Career Development (CD), Staffing, Finance, Analytics, etc.), by sharing Best Practices, and by implementing new people-related approaches and strategies on EMESA level.

The EMESA PA HR Business Partner, Senior Manager, is working closely with the R-PAL and the Regional Leadership Team of their specific PA, to help define and deliver the People Agenda for the PA on Regional level, based on the PA plans and pyramid implications. The PA HR Business Partner collaborates with the local and regional HR functions (EH Recruiting, Staffing, Career Development, ECT) and with the PA (Regional PA Manager, GPMD) to deliver on the defined priorities.
- Partner with the R-PAL and the PA Leadership Team to define and drive the PA People Plan and resulting People Agenda for the PA, based on growth ambitions, PA priorities, and pyramid & gap analyses
- Act as discussion partner for the R-PAL, the PA People Managing Director & Partner (MDP), the DEI MDP, the PA Nodes and the Sector/Topic Leaders regarding all people-related projects and initiatives of the PA on Regional level
- Hold the PA Nodes accountable for strong people pyramids in their systems, manage the MDP Pipeline by leading the discussions with the R-PAL, System Nodes and other relevant stakeholders
- Strengthen the PA on EMESA level by creating EMESA-wide transparency on the availability pipeline, people pipeline, and PA topic expertise for Lead Affiliated PPPLs and ECTers
- Act as the key interface of the R-PAL to EH Recruiting, in close collaboration with the Experienced Hiring Teams on EMESA level and in the local systems: follow-up on process vs. target, flag roadblocks, and ensure the delivery of the EH intake for the PA on Regional level is achieved
- Work with analytics teams to prepare analyses and reports, e.g. performance reporting on key PA People KPI's, PA-specific People Survey result analysis, etc., and facilitate the related discussions
- Initiate, lead and/or support special People projects for the PA and act as sparring partner for all people topics for the PA
- Coordinate the efforts on PA DE&I initiatives, including working with the R-PAL and the PA Nodes to prepare Segment of One reviews for women in the PA (process lead by DE&I team) and including working with EH team and MDP interviewers to ensure women intake goals in the PA are achieved.
- Prepare and facilitate practice area leadership calls/meetings, take the lead on tailored people initiatives, present PA people topics to PA leadership, summarize findings and ensure that actions are followed up on as agreed

- Recognized thought leader and trusted discussion partner by peers and senior stakeholders
- Able to effectively operate within global cross-functional senior network (including People, PA and Finance functions on local, regional, and global level)
- Ability to maintain discretion when needed
- Ability to prioritize and to tolerate ambiguity**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
Master's degree required- Management Consulting Experience preferred, ideally in the Consulting Team (equivalent to a People Leader or Principal) or as a Staffing/CD/People Senior Manager- Excellent English language skills- Excellent people development skills- Strong presence and a high level of maturity- Effective communicator—written and verbal- A proactive and creative self-starter- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with all levels of seniority and to influence other teams without formal authority
