**Job Title**: Field Service Technician

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Provide technical support & will work on the customer premises including: installations, maintenance & reparation.

**The location is Elche or within commutable distance.**:
**You are responsible for**
- Identify stakeholders in other departments, outside radiology, to establish a cooperative interaction.
- Interactions with different hospital departments to understand workflows and help in order to fit the customer needs.
- Deliver remote and on-site support of the customer, on-site coverage & technical assistance
- Provide vital link in the escalation process to Remote Support Centre (RSC), maintaining problem ownership
- Update technically documentation concerning sites
- Set the highest standards for customer communication and documentation/ paperwork/ reports
- Actively adhere to company Working Practices and Health & Safety guidelines

**You are a part of**

Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) Incident Support team which provides post-installation remote and on-site technical support to Customers using HCIS solutions.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products desirable
- Technical background, University degree will be valued
- Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix & Windows
- Experience of working remotely supporting Software
- Language skills: Native Spanish, Advanced English
- Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
