Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **Partner Acquisition Manager.**

Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Imprescindible que:

- Que tengas facilidad e interés en aprender cosas nuevas, así como una necesidad vital por mejorar las cosas y plantearte el estado actual de la herramienta.
- Que sepas trabajar en equipo, comunicarte y expresarte.
- Que sepas adaptarte a los cambios. Somos una startup así quepuedes esperar bastantes curvas

Como Partner Acquistion Manager ‍‍ es indispensable que tengas:

- Experiência de al menos 1 año en un puesto en el que prospectes tus propios negocios o como BDR.
- Experiência en la utilización de CRM de ventas: Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experiência en la utilización de programas de videoconferencia: Zoom, etc.
- Experiência en venta a puerta fría de al menos 12 meses.

Y además brillarás ✨si:

- Tienes experiência en venta de productos SaaS o digitales

¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?
- Supervisarás la calidad de la base de datos lead Partners
- Serás responsable de la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- A través de diferentes canales contactarás con potenciales Partners con el objetivo de enriquecer nuestro ecosistema de distribuidores comprometidos
- Llevarás a cabo reuniones con Partners potenciales con el fin de cualificar oportunidades de negocio
- Realizarás el asesoramiento consultivo de Partners necesitados de una herramienta de gestión de los RRHH en su portfolio de soluciones para acompañar a sus clientes.
- Presentarás los distintos beneficios del ecosistema Partners Sesame, el modelo de colaboración, sus condiciones, los objetivos a alcanzar y los recursos Sesame disponibles.
- Realizarás demos de la plataforma Sesame HR para presentar y defender la propuesta de valor y la calidad de nuestro software
- Llevarás cada etapa de los negocios dentro de tu pipeline de ventas hasta llegar a la firma del acuerdo de colaboración y el cierre de negocio.
- El equipo Marketing te facilitará los recursos necesarios para que puedas trabajar todas las fases iniciales del embudo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta la aplicación de diferentes estrategias de venta.
