- Formación acorde al puesto, con especialidad en RRHH.
- 1 año de experiência en una posición similar.
- Conocimientos de operativa hotelera.
- Conocimiento de la legislación y de las tendencias en materia de recursos humanos, y ser capaz de ofrecer un asesoramiento centrado en las soluciones.
- Persona con don de gentes, capaz de influir y negociar construyendo y manteniendo relaciones de trabajo genuinas y positivas.
- Buenas habilidades de organización.
- Altamente valorable conocimientos en Sucess Factors o SAP
